Shying away from a major decision could cheat you of an opportunity to become a better person. Do not be afraid to make decisions, even if you are not as well-informed as you could be. Positive habits are formed through the instances where you make a successful decision, which in turn becomes a more "natural instinct". Mistakes can teach people valuable lessons. They are able to look into your life from the outside and analyze things you can't see. Try to avoid unneeded stress whenever possible. Do not over-react to setbacks: this will only cause you more stress. Sometimes things will go wrong. Instead of being stressed, just deal with them.

Conquer clutter and disorganization in all aspects of your life. Organizing things will give you the feeling that you've accomplished something, and increase your confidence levels as well. An additional benefit is that the stress you felt from disorganization will be eliminated. Having everything put away and neatly organized can give you a sense of peace.

Unless you are willing to work towards your personal goals, you will never be able to grow as a person. We need to choose the change if we expect to really grow.
