In a previous article on diabetes I explained that Type I and Type II Diabetes are ongoing conditions conditions that if not addressed can lead to other medical conditions these conditions can be quite critical and can also lead to death.

Individuals who have problems with diabetes are in much higher danger of developing connected troubles which include:

Hypoglycemia - Is just the opposite of Hyperglycemia which means there's to much glucose in the blood. hypoglycemia grows if you have not enough glucose in the body and can be a consequence of drugs and/or diet.

If you have to little glucose in the body or suffer with hypoglycemia the outward symptoms can sometimes include vertigo, starvation, problems, trembling, sweating, confusion... This could cause a great deal more serious problems such as numbness in the mouth, fainting and coma If not addressed.

Ketoacidosis - does occur primarily with people that experience from Type I Diabetes, but will often though rarely affect Type II victims also. The body switches to burning Essential Fatty Acids for electricity which provides Acidic Ketones Bodies which can is life threatening If you have virtually no insulin available.

Hyperosmolar Hyperglycemic Nonketotic Syndrome - does occur mostly with people that have Type II Diabetes, but also occur with those that suffer from Type I Diabetes and is generally the consequence of an infection or a sickness and can cause seizures, coma and death when it is perhaps not handled.

Peripheral Arterial Disease, cardiovascular system Disease, Stroke, Nephropathy, Retinopathy, Neuropathy, Cardimyopathy, Kidney Failure, Nerve Damage, Gangrene, Erection Dysfunction and a very Poor Healing Ability which needless to say contributes to still another group of problems.

So it is very important for all those that endure from diabetes that it be kept in check to avoid these worse problems from presenting themselves which could reduce your standard of living as well as trigger an early death. More Info: advanced cardiac life support.
