Personal development means you have to improve your health. Exercising and eating nutritious foods are core to a healthy lifestyle, but you also need to be able to stay with your regimen. The better health you are in, the easier it will be to accomplish your goals in other areas.

To grow in your own development, you must first acknowledge areas in which you are weak. Understanding that you are a minute portion of the world will help you think about your level of knowledge. When you know this deep inside, you'll have a craving for all of that knowledge and experience that you lack.

Look at who you are inside instead of your appearance on the outside. Top of the line clothing or model-looks does not always make you a better person. Your personality is the most beautiful part of you that should be allowed to shine through. Rather than looking for easy fixes or superficial flaws, focus your energies inward, and find ways to become a better person.
