• FC55 - Lack of Verification of Certified Food Safety Person.

Seizure of over $40,000 worth of Food Products deemed unsafe to consume taken from Tan Sanh Ginseng Herb. Health department cited the location with the following:

• FC37 - Boxes of food/herbs were observed stored directly on the floor in storage area.

• FC38- Unsanitary Equipment/Utensil/Linen/Plumbing

Thoroughly clean to remove the observed accumulation of dirt and/or grime from the following areas. shelving, janitorial sink, pipes, microwave. Maintain all equipment utensils and facilities clean fully operative and in good repair.

• FC40 - Facility not Fully Enclosed/Open Door/Air Curtain

Discontinue propping open the door to prevent the entrance and harboring of animals, birds and vermin including rodents and insects.

• FC47 - Lack of Unsanitary Condition Walls Floors Ceilings

Maintain the floor, floor sink, walls and ceiling in a clean and sanitary manner.

• FC49 - Signs/Labels/Menu Board/Trans-Fat Missing/Incorrect/Lack of Food Handler Card

Unlabeled unsanitary conditions of food. No license to handle food. Misrepresentation of product for illegal substitution. Possession of illegal foods. Lack of ingredients used. Name and place of manufacturer.
