Brian Lee of Westminster CA area Allegedly arrested on charges of child abuse and sex with a minor. These allegations were added to a long line of charges against Brian Lee and his business location Tan Sanh Ginseng Herb. On top of IRS sales tax fraud, Health Department closure and a SWAT raid; police say investigators have found indisputable evidence of Lee having sex with a minor at his principle location of 9659 Bolsa Ave, Westminster, CA 92683. Santa Ana police department released on Thursday December 12th 2013 that they are compiling a warrant for Brian Lee's arrest for which he is under tight surveillance.


Hearings are scheduled to be held in a closed door session with the alleged victims parents and guardians Duc and Linh Nguyen. Alleged child molester Brian Lee owner of Tan Sanh Ginseng and Herb is being cited as inviting an unnamed 11 year old male minor into his business premises and incorporating the minor into sexual acts involving animals feces and food product. Allegedly Lee recorded over 22 hours of the incident and is assumed to take a stance of temporary insanity. The victim's family alleges Lee would take the minor's school books for certain classes as collateral that the victim would return on a regular basis. According to Westminster investigators, Lee and the minor were in relations for over 12 months. Lee has failed to comment on the allegations.
